Terms of Service – TheWaLL™ (Beta)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheWaLL™ platform (the “Platform”), operated by vQuoL Brands Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Categories

• Comedians retain full ownership of their content and grant TheWaLL™ a license to host, process, and distribute materials for the purpose of showcasing, editing, monetization, and promotional use within the Platform.

• Venues agree that any show listings, ticketing arrangements, and payment info are accurate and legally authorized.

• Sponsors are responsible for the claims and content they publish or promote via the Platform.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others. Violation of this clause may result in termination of access.

4. Beta Notice

TheWaLL™ is currently in beta. Services may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or feature continuity.

5. Privacy

Our data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect necessary information to deliver and improve the service and do not sell your personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and proprietary tools on the Platform belong to the Company, except for user-uploaded content which remains the property of the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheWaLL™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if terms are violated. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
